Specializing in medium to high volume, 1kg to 60kg in Grey Iron and S G Iron, our team, infrastructure, and processes are adept at producing intricate and precise castings. With an in-house machining facility designed to accommodate various weight, size, and volume requirements, we ensure comprehensive solutions for our clients.
Utilizing the Shell Moulding Process guarantees high dimensional accuracy, excellent surface finish, and clean internal passages in all our products. Our modern facilities include core shooters, Induction Melting, Spectrometer, Internal shot blasting, Mechanical testing equipment, and casting inspection tools such as Microstructure testing, hardness testing, , CMM for machined component inspection, milli pore facility and NDT.
In addition, we have established reliable local tie-ups for services like Casting coating, Heat treatment, Honing etc., ensuring a holistic approach to meeting our customers' diverse needs.

We use Simulation Software (Virtual pouring) which predicts the complete casting process including filling, solidification, cooling and allows the qualitative prediction of various properties of the cast product. We use this facility for methoding which saves actual shop trials and saves time in producing good castings at first go. The necessary method cards are made for every item and are preserved.
We use Arpha 450 Jolt-Squeeze moulding line with box size 600x700xHt.400 Moulding and have Core Shooter with maximum core size 575 x 550 mm. Mould hardness testers with online SPC
At the melting section, we have Inductotherm make Induction Furnace of 550 Kwwith 500 kg melting capacity. The melting section has online Spectromax make spectroanalyser,Carbon Silicon Analyzerand molten temperature measurement facility

Casting painting made by dipping process and spray painting process
