In the year 2012, inspired by a decade of combined experience in a casting and machining company, Four visionary Mechanical Engineers - Mr. Ajit Madake, Mr. Sanatkumar Patil, and Mr. Sharad Admuthe, Mr. Sachinkumar Patil decided to carve their own path. Thus, Sanmati Components Pvt Ltd was born, a testament to their entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to creating something extraordinary.
Humble Beginnings and Growth
Their journey began with modest origins – just two machines in a rented workshop. The first project for Sanmati, machining Turbine Housings for CIE Automotive India, marked the initiation of their commitment, skills, and expertise. This dedication laid the foundation for Sanmati Components' gradual expansion. Today, operating from a dedicated space equipped with fourteen CNCs, VTLs, VMCs, HMCs, and various other machines. Sanmati Components has evolved from serving a single customer to catering to more than eight, a testament to the quality and precision they bring to their machining services. In 2019, Sanmati Components took over Bharat Auto Industries, adding a Foundry, Machine Shop, and Assembly Shop to their capabilities. From a single component, they now manufacture one hundred and sixty active components, offering services ranging from Casting and Machining to Bar Turning and Fabrication under one roof.
Sanmati Components can handle jobs weighing from 1 kg to 50 kg, performing machining on various materials, including CI casting, SG Iron Casting, Steel Casting, Stainless Steel Casting, and Aluminium Casting.From a team of four, Sanmati Components has grown to employ over 100+ skilled professionals. Mr Ajit Madake
As the CEO of our company, Mr. Ajit Madake brings visionary leadership and extensive experience in machine shop and foundry. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering from the RIT. He has an experience of more than a decade in Machine shop and Foundry division. With a proven track record of driving growth and innovation, he is dedicated to guiding our company towards success. As a dynamic communicator and empathetic leader, he prioritizes people-centric solutions, fostering a dynamic and inclusive workplace where every voice is valued.
Mr Sanat Patil
Mr.Sanat Patil is a visionary leader with a proven track record of driving innovation and growth in or company. Heis New Product DevelopmentDirector at Sanmati Components Private Limited. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering from Bangalore University. He has experience of more than a decade in Machine shop and New Product Development. With a blend of strategic foresight and hands-on management style, he inspires our team to exceed expectations and achieve ambitious goals.
Mr Sharad Admuthe
As the Marketing Director of our company, Mr. Sharad Admuthe, we are entrusted with leading our strategic marketing initiatives to drive growth and enhance brand visibility. . He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Shivaji University .With a proven track record in crafting innovative marketing campaigns, we oversee the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to reach target audiences and maximize ROI. He has worked at Kisloskar Oil Engines for around 10 years as Sourcing Manager. He has handled network of more than 79 suppliers.
Mr Sachinkumar Patil
Mr Sachinkumar Patil is Operations Director at Sanmati Components Private Limited. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering from Bangalore University. He has experience of more than a decade in Machine shop and New Product Development. His strong leadership skills empower them to navigate challenges effectively while fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.A problem-solver by nature, he thrive in dynamic environments, adept at troubleshooting issues and implementing efficient solutions.
